Open Executive runs the whole board, not just the inbox.

Work happens around the clock; leadership doesn't scale with it. Decisions queue, seats sit unfilled, and your best people spend their days chasing status. Open Executive is the open, proactive AI executive team you run on your own infrastructure — one coordinated executive, backed by specialists across the business, grounded in your company's data, goals, and org. It takes a role, watches what that role should watch, and, given authority, follows through. The judgment calls stay human.

The briefing
Your day starts already worked: overnight signals triaged into decisions you approve, edit, or dismiss.
01

Proactive by default. It watches competitors, filings, pricing, and vendors, and turns what it finds into a morning brief of proposals.

02

Autonomy you govern. Each department proposes, acts within scope, or escalates — you set the line, and every action is logged.

03

Deliverables, not chat. Board decks, plans, and reviews, produced on demand or on a schedule and filed in one library.

04

Grounded, with memory. It answers from your documents and context, and remembers the decisions, initiatives, and advice it has gathered.

05

Cost you can see. Token and dollar spend, broken down by day, model, and session — visible and capped, never a surprise.

06

Yours to run, anywhere. Apache-2.0 and self-hostable — clone the repo, keep your data in your environment, and control every model call.

The system, in the open
The bench: specialist agents with goals, authority, and cadences.
The bench
Every department wraps a specialist with goals, authority, and a cadence — a bench you shape to your org.
Watch list: external monitors for competitors, filings, and vendor status.
Watching the field
Monitors on competitors, filings, and vendor status turn outside events into proposals — before anyone thought to ask.
Deliverables library: board decks, plans, and reviews filed and searchable.
Real deliverables
Board decks, plans, and reviews land finished in one searchable library — work you open, not chat you scroll.

Hope is not a security strategy.

An agent's most important feature is what it can't do. Every message an agent receives — a tool result, another agent's reply — can carry an attack, and a model can't be trusted to police itself. extensible-mcp is our answer, in working code: a layer between the model and the outside world where every server it loads, every tool it finds, and every call it makes is checked in code the model can't see, reach, or rewrite. A boundary it can't cross.

01
Discovery at runtime.

Agents find and load MCP servers and tools as the work needs them — no config rewrites, no restarts.

02
A minimal tool surface.

Tool definitions live in a vector index, not the prompt — the model retrieves only what the task needs.

03
Enforcement outside the model.

Every server load, tool search, and call is checked in code the model can't reach — credentials never enter its context.

Open Executive already uses extensible-mcp layer. An executive team with real authority needs rules that don't depend on the model's good behavior — this is where they're enforced.

03 — What we do

Most AI projects stall in the org, not the model.
We work both.

A — Build bespoke

Find the leverage — then build the system.

Discovery first: we find where AI creates real operational leverage — and where it doesn't — then co-build the system with your team, inside your workflows and stack. Yours to keep, inspect, and extend.

B — Deploy our open tools

Stand up open systems in your environment.

Run Open Executive and extensible-mcp in-house — we handle the fit: integration with your systems, configuration to your org, and ongoing support if you want it. Ownership, not lock-in.

04 — Team

Senior engineers and product leaders who've shipped AI inside regulated, security-critical, and large-scale operational systems — not pitch decks.
